SnapBracket provides a free single-elimination bracket maker that runs in your browser. By using the site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Service Description

  • Create tournament brackets for 2-128 teams with single-sided, two-sided, or region layouts.
  • Paste or type team names, advance winners, and export or print PNG brackets.
  • Optional team avatars can be uploaded; uploads stay in your browser's local storage and do not leave your device.
  • The Service is offered without accounts and is provided for personal or organizational use at no cost.

2. Eligibility and Acceptance

Use of the Service constitutes acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service. You must be able to form a binding contract; if you are under your local age of majority, use the Service with parental or guardian consent.

3. User Content and Responsibilities

  • You control and remain responsible for any team names, images, and bracket data you enter or export.
  • Only upload or paste content you have the right to use and that complies with law and third-party rights.
  • Do not input unlawful, abusive, or infringing content.
  • We cannot recover bracket data or uploads if you clear your browser or close the tab.

4. Permitted Use

You agree not to:

  • Access or use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive purposes.
  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or impair the Service or its security.
  • Automate high-volume requests that degrade performance.
  • Misrepresent affiliation with SnapBracket.

5. Intellectual Property

SnapBracket, its branding, code, and built-in assets are owned by us and protected by law. You retain rights to your inputs and exports but grant us a limited right to use technical data to operate the Service. You may not copy or create derivative works of the Service without permission.

6. Availability and Changes

The Service may change, be suspended, or discontinued at any time. Features such as layouts, exports, or image uploads may be added, modified, or removed without notice.

7. Third-Party Services

We may load Google Analytics to understand aggregate usage; their terms and privacy policy apply to that data. External links may appear; we are not responsible for third-party sites.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose or availability. We do not guarantee accuracy of brackets, exports, or compatibility with your devices or apps.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service (the Service is currently free).

10. Termination

We may suspend or restrict access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable law. If a dispute arises, contact us first to try to resolve it informally; if a provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms remain in effect.
